To ensure that you can make full use of our system, please follow the below step by step guides to ordering:




Ordering Prescription Items


  • Login or Register

  • Ensure you have upto date details

  • Connect with Prescribers / Partners

  • Ensure you or your partner have created a patient

  • Go to Shop

  • Add Prescription Items to basket (Select Patient)

  • Proceed to Basket

  • Complete the order to create a Prescription for the patient



Ordering Non-Prescription Items


  • Login or Register

  • Ensure you have upto date details

  • Go to Shop

  • Add Non-Prescription Items to basket

  • Proceed to Basket & Checkout
