Creating a clinic

To create a clinic follow the below steps




  • Login to your account

  • From the dashboard, navigate to Clinics

  • Click 'New Clinic'

  • Enter the required information, upload a logo and chose a colour

  • Click 'Create Clinic'

  • Your clinic will then be created for you to use in Consent Forms
